Terms and Conditions
1. Services
We provide professional cleaning and handyman services as agreed with the client(s). All services will be carried out with exceptional professional care and attention in accordance with industry standards.
2. Bookings & Appointments
All bookings are subject to availability. The client must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are agreed in advance. Payment is due in advance to confirm the booking appointment.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations will Be charged.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure the work area is safe and valuables are secured.
6. Materials & Supplies
We provide materials unless otherwise agreed. Clients must notify us of special requirements.
7. Damage & Liability
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to repair or replacement only.
8. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse work if conditions are unsafe.
9. Complaints
Complaints must be made within 24 hours of service completion.
10. Insurance
We hold appropriate public liability insurance.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by local applicable laws.
